These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Building Bros LLC ("we", "our", "us"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
We offer a variety of construction services, including the creation of custom decks, screen rooms, sun rooms, and exterior construction. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any of these services at any time without notice.
Any estimates or quotations provided by us are an approximation of the likely cost of the services based on the information available at the time. While we endeavor to ensure that our estimates are accurate, the actual cost may be higher or lower than the estimate.
All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. A deposit may be required prior to the commencement of work. Payments are due according to the schedule outlined in the contract. Failure to make payments as scheduled may result in the suspension or termination of our services.
If you wish to make changes to the project after work has begun, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate those changes. However, this may result in additional charges. If you wish to cancel the project, you may be responsible for the cost of work already completed and materials already purchased.
We strive to provide high-quality workmanship and to complete projects in a timely manner. Upon completion of the project, we will provide a warranty covering our workmanship and materials for a period specified in the contract. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina. The courts of South Carolina will have exclusive jurisdiction over any such disputes.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the date of the latest revision. By continuing to use our services after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
